Refund policy

We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of order.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt.

To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging.  If you do not have the original shipping package, please use a secure box or padded envelope to ship the return. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt, the best way to contact you if we have any questions regarding the return.

Can I return something purchased with a discount or gift certificate?
